The Cranberries merupakan band rock terkenal dari Limerick, Irlandia. Selain lagu-lagunya, The Cranberries juga dikenal dengan vokalis seorang wanita yaitu Dolores O'Riordan, berdiri pada tahun 1989 oleh empat orang: Niall, Mike, Noel, Fergal. Pada tahun 1990 Niall digantikan oleh penyanyi Dolores O'Riordan. Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2018 yang lalu, Dolores meninggal dan grup musik The Cranberries merilis album terakhirnya pada 2019 berjudul "In the End". The Cranberries sudah merilis delapan album studio dan telah sukses menjual lebih dari 40 juta di seluruh dunia. Selain itu, Lima album milik The Cranberries masuk dalam top 20 album di Billboard 200 diantaranya adalah Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?; No Need to Argue, To the Faithful Departed dan Bury the Hatchet. THE CRANBERRIES mulai populer pada tahun 1990'an. Album pertamanya, Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We? sangat laris dengan terjualnya 5 juta keping di Amerika Serikat sendiri. Band ini secara resmi mengklasifikasikan diri mereka sebagai kelompok rock alternatif, namun menggabungkan aspek indie pop, post-punk, Irish folk dan pop rock kedalam suara mereka. Pada tanggal 20 November 2019, album terbaru terakhir The Cranberries, In the End, Pada akhirnya telah dinominasikan untuk Best Rock Album atau album rock terbaik pada penghargaan Grammy Award tahunan ke-62.
