Chiodos adalah band post-hardcore Amerika dari Davison, Michigan. dibentuk pada tahun 2001, kelompok tersebut pada awalnya dikenal sebagai \"The Chiodos Bros,\" Nama band ini adalah penghormatan bagi pembuat film Stephen, Charles, dan Edward Chiodo, bertanggung jawab untuk film Killer Klowns dari Outer Space. Anggota asli Chiodos dirakit (berdasarkan nama Chiodos Brothers) saat menghadiri SMA di kampung halaman Davison mereka, Michigan selama tahun 2001. Awalnya, mereka mendapat pertunjukan mulai bermain di Flint Local 432, tempat-tempat musik gratis, zat furni yang berlokasi di pusat kota Flint. Flint Local 432 juga membantu mengembangkan tindakan alternatif lain yang diakui nasional seperti The Swellers, Cheap Girls, dan Empty Orchestra. Kelompok tersebut mengubah nama mereka tahun berikutnya untuk Chiodos setelah melepaskan tiga EPS, satu untuk setiap tahun sampai kedatangan tahun 2004 saat penulisan dan persiapan album debut mereka, All\'s Well That Ends Well. Rekor debut dirilis pada tanggal 26 Juli 2005 melalui catatan Equal Vision. Album tersebut mencapai nomor #3 pada Billboard Top Heatseekers chart dan peringkat #164 di Billboard 200 chart setelah diluncurkan. Dan Album All\'s Well That Ends Well sendiri telah terjual lebih dari 200.000 kopi di tahun 2008. Sedangkan untuk album Devil memulai debutnya di nomor 12 di Billboard 200 dengan lebih dari 18.000 kopi dijual selama minggu pertama. Pada bulan Juni 2015, album Devil sudah menjual lebih dari 100.000 kopi di seluruh dunia.
